SothisConcrete for Operations

The operations module offers added value to the management of EPC-type projects (turnkey projects), as well as concession projects, asset management projects, exploitation projects (photovoltaic, solar, etc.).

Functionality includes complete management of the EPC project life cycle: economic-temporal project planning, milestone management. In the case of including the phases of processing and prior execution of the facilities, task planning with or without cost is contemplated.

Additionally, this module includes the document management associated with the project. And registration of the project based on predefined templates, according to the business to which it belongs.

SothisConcrete for Operations covers the management of solar energy projects, concessions (parking lots, freeways, etc.), operations, and property.

FINANCIAL PLANNING

  • Concession/Equity/Exploitation Projects: Annual planning of the project by monthly periods and accounting records.

  • Annual revenue planning (expected turnover from leases or turnover revenue in the case of car parks for example).

  • Solar Energy Projects: Planning the processing phase with task management and document expiration deadlines.

  • Planning of the execution phase with cost calculation based on contracted power, cost calculation of Structures, modules (solar panels) and installer, based on EUR/Kwp ratios.

  • Revenue planning based on billing milestones integrated into the project structure.

  • Management of tasks and activities with ordering relationships and durations for the temporal distribution of costs.

  • Planning of material components associated with project activities.

PURCHASING AND STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Integration with MRP for the management of planned material needs in the project through material components.

  • Generation of material reserves with stored stock.

  • Generation of order requests in case of out of stock or material without stock management.

  • Management of minimum stocks of critical components.

  • Intercompany and multi-currency purchases (purchases of modules from companies in other countries).

EXECUTION AND IMPUTATIONS

  • Concession /Equity / Operating Projects: Expenses at the beginning of the year, accrual of Rates and insurance and other initial expenses, during the 12 periods of the year. Allocation of personnel hours and consumables.

  • Solar Energy Projects (EPC): Recording component inputs on-site. Monitoring certifications from the installer and subcontractors. Entries for legal processing, supply activations. Transportation and import of modules (intercompany billing).

SALES AND INVOICING

  • Concession /Equity / Operating Projects: Rotations: Periodic accounting of invoicing on each day of the month (car parks).

  • Leases: Management of rental fees through billing plans.

  • Monthly launch of invoices through the integrated billing pool.

  • Monitoring the revaluation of contracts and community billings, both variable and fixed rent.

  • Transfers of use (Sale with the end of the concession term): Sales of Assets.

  • Solar Energy Projects (EPC): Invoicing based on planned milestones in the project and contracted power units.

MONTHLY CLOSING PROCESS

  • Authorisation to allocate the cost of personnel hours to the project.

  • Revaluation of personnel rates based on actual payroll load.

  • Corresponding revaluation of the cost of personnel charged to the project based on the actual rate.

  • WIP: Statement of work in progress and move to results. MFO update.
